Annual tax export pack

The Tax page (in the main nav) builds an end-of-year XLSX export covering everything your accountant needs to file your rental return — rent received, allowable expenses, capital improvements, and LPT payments — across every property in the workspace.

What's in the pack

Each property gets its own sheet, plus there's a roll-up summary sheet at the front:

  • Rent received — totalled from your statements, broken down by month
  • Expenses — categorised receipts (repairs, utilities, insurance, professional fees, etc.) drawn from the document vault
  • Capital improvements — separated from repairs because Revenue treats them differently
  • LPT payments — sourced from the LPT panel on each property's compliance tab
  • Property metadata — RTB registration number, BER, purchase price/date, current valuation

How to download

Pick a tax year from the dropdown at the top of /tax and click Download .xlsx. The export reflects everything in your workspace as of that moment — re-download any time you've added new receipts or statements and want a refreshed pack.

What it isn't

The pack is built from the data already in Anchorlet — it doesn't ingest receipts you haven't uploaded, doesn't compute your tax liability, and doesn't file the return for you. It's a structured handover for an accountant. Treat it as a starting point: your accountant will still want to see the source documents and may ask for adjustments (e.g. wear-and-tear schedules, pre-letting expenses) that aren't yet automated.
